How is my session date scheduled?
We’ll be in touch shortly via email with date options to schedule your session on an upcoming Sunday within the next four to six weeks. You’ll receive at least two dates to choose from.
Do You Share My Images?
Only with your consent! This shoot is all about empowering you, and your privacy is our priority. Some clients love sharing their images to inspire others, while others prefer anonymity or private keepsake albums. Whatever you decide, we’ll always honor your wishes.
Is Hair and Makeup Included? What about wardrobe?
Not for these sessions. These are built to be quick and just a glimpse of the full experience.
When Will I See My Images?
Within a week of your session, we will meet again Via Zoom for you to make your final selections.
Can I Buy More Images
Absolutely. You can add images in smaller increments or choose to purchase your full gallery. You’ll receive the complete price list during your booking process.
Is this experience private?
Yes. Sessions are held in a private, studio, and privacy is always prioritized. Nothing is shared without your explicit permission, and discretion is built into every part of the process.
Will I be told how to pose?
Yes. You’ll be fully guided throughout your session. Nothing is rushed or forced. The focus is on simple movement, light, and comfort so you never feel unsure about what to do.
Do I have to be Nude?
After you reserve your session, you’ll receive simple guidance to help you feel prepared and comfortable. This experience is about intention and artistry, not having the “right” wardrobe. Nude is how this session is intended but you’re welcome to make it your own by adding statement pieces or lingerie.
Is this experience only for certain body types?
Not at all. This experience was created for real women with real bodies. There is no ideal shape, size, or look required. The focus is on seeing the body as art, exactly as it is.
Is this something I can do just for myself?
Yes. Many women come in thinking they’re doing this for someone else and leave realizing it was something they needed for themselves. This experience is about self-connection, confidence, and honoring your body.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. No refunds, credits, transfers, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or failure to complete required steps.

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Session fees, mini sessions, promotional offers, last-minute offers, product upgrades, digital files, prints, albums, and add-ons are non-refundable.
All digital and photographic products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, altered, or refunded once purchased.

CONTRACT REQUIREMENT
A signed studio contract is required for all purchases.
The contract must be signed within 48 hours of purchase.
Failure to sign the contract within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the session and or products without refund.

PAYMENT PLANS & SCHEDULING
Session dates will not be scheduled until payment plans are paid in full.
Payment plans are a commitment and must be completed as agreed.
Missed, failed, or declined payments may result in session cancellation without refund.

MINI SESSIONS & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Mini sessions and promotional offers are limited, non-transferable, and non-reschedulable unless explicitly stated in writing.
Failure to attend a scheduled session results in forfeiture of the session and all payments.

PRODUCT UPGRADES
All product upgrades are final sale once purchased.
No downgrades, refunds, substitutions, or exchanges will be permitted.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.
Any chargeback or dispute will be considered a breach of contract and may result in collections, legal action, and permanent refusal of future services.
All signed contracts, invoices, and communication records will be provided to the payment processor as evidence.

EXPIRATION
Sessions and products must be used within the timeframe stated in your contract.
Unused sessions, credits, or products expire and are forfeited without refund.

FORCE MAJEURE
The studio is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including weather, illness, acts of God, or location closures.
In these situations, rescheduling may be offered at the studio’s discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

AGREEMENT
By completing this purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the full studio contract.
